Thank you to everyone who came to see us perform at Hoxton Colours last week for the last show of Jeff Darko’s Psychedelic Gospel tour.
It was such a huge pleasure to see a sold out audience full of friendly faces. And so much fun to sing and dance alongside @caesar.ape @luanandonly @rintaro_iwa @tk._.tristen @andrearaujo353 and even having @Astromedaaa join us on stage!
.
I want you to take a very close look at Caesar’s outfit and take in the beauty of it, because I designed and crafted it with my own two hands! It took frikkin ages lol, but I’d do it again for the feeling of having my friend perform so proudly in my handmade garment in front of hundreds of people!!
.
Special thanks to @jeffdarko for having us open up for his entire tour. The whole experience was so exciting for us! And I got to have a different taste of the life of a musician.
.
Oh yeah, did you check out the article that @taranzwill wrote for @noctismagazine ? Go check it out if you want, I’ll put the link in my bio or whatever

*PHOTO DUMP & YAP🤭*

These past few weeks have been incredible for me. Not because they’ve been full of 100% ups. This is life, and life will do as life always does. So of course I’ve had some lows, I’ve experienced fatigue, hurt, and disappointment, but the high moments make it all worth it.

I’ve got to meet new people, reconnect with old ones, prance around on stage and in the studio, create new things and witness the creations of the people I care for and admire. These past few weeks I’ve been loved, celebrated, and supported.

And I couldn’t be more grateful🌞

I’ve had opportunities to learn and understand, and one thing I’ve learned is that things don’t need to be perfect and I don’t have to be so hard on myself. I can give myself some of the grace that I afford others. NOT TOO MUCH THOUGH!😄 I’m not okay with being mediocre. My mission in life is to impress myself, and that means there has to be a stark improvement/progression between me today and me the year before.

Anyway, I suddenly cannot be bothered to keep talking. So BYE

“Take me to your leader, I wanna have a word with them” - as in, take me to the people who have mislead you. Take me to those who have caused you to doubt yourself, your potential, and your capabilities. Take me to the people who you have given up your power to for far too long, because we’re taking that power back right now. It’s time for you to remember who you are and make the journey back to yourself.
