**UPDATED TIMING**

5:30pm: Cafe China, 59 W 37th St.
Grab some incredible Szechuan food at Cafe China before the show - it's a great place for large groups so you can try as many dishes as possible! You can't go wrong!

7:00pm: Perimenoparty, The Barrow Group, 520 8th Ave. #901
Then head over to The Barrow Group to catch the FREE (yes, FREE) performances of Perimenoparty, from Spanish Fulbright Fellow Irene Serrano! Following its successful run at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, this performance marks a pivotal moment in the project's journey. It will be professionally filmed in this intimate version of the show as part of ongoing conversations with a European production company interested in producing the project. As her Fulbright residency comes to an end and she prepares to return to Spain, PERIMENOPARTY will enter its next stage of development, expanding into a full-scale production for its New York premiere this October before continuing its international journey. One of the show's distinctive elements is its organic use of Spanglish, reflecting the experience of multilingual communities while creating a bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. This is one of the shows we're excited for this month!

8:00pm: Lady Wilde's, 520 8th Ave.
After the show, head right downstairs to Lady Wilde's, an actually good Midtown bar, for post-show drinks and snacks!

(Perimenoparty is a FREE show running from 10/9-10/11 - reserve your spots now!)

Getting back into the rhythm of Manhattan. I am so happy it’s this fall and we have one year living here under our belts. A hard-earned, lessons learned kind of grit year with two under two and no family and friends here (wow I love our community now 🥹). Everything feels so much easier going into this fall, even though it’s Jono’s busy clinical year ahead. No longer nursing a 6 month old, Sofie can walk and chat and Adeline is old enough to start to be my little bestie (not just tantruming all the time) and for some cute drop off classes AND we have friends!! What a crazy spot to raise this girls, but they are loving it and it truly is their home. Every night Ada says goodnight New York City at the top of her lungs as she looks out onto midtown. SURREAL.

NYC food stop: Cafe China 🥢🌶️🇺🇸

A table full of bold flavours, spice, fried rice and dishes made for sharing. Definitely one of those meals where you keep saying “just one more bite” and suddenly everything’s gone.❤️‍🔥

🇺🇸been wanting to try out this chinese spot for a while. vibes are def pretty cute. we sat upstairs overlooking the downstairs main dining room area. what we got:
🐟spicy fish fillets
🫛sauteed string beans
food was nothing mindblowing but still pretty solid. a good spot if you’re in the area, but don’t think it’s worth coming here if it’s inconvenient. #vibeanddine_nyc
