RUN THE OPEN 2026

Our Blue Mountains community came together once again on the 26th of September to Run the Open Home Marathon. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community we raised over $15,000 for Cancer Wellness Support!

Every kilometre, every donation and every act of support helps provide vital wellness therapies for locals facing cancer - making a real difference when it matters most.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who ran, donated, sponsored, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines or helped spread the word. This event simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

Some support goes far beyond a single event🍎

Cafe Leura has been a long-time supporter of Time Is Precious, and we’re so grateful to have them standing beside us once again as a sponsor of this year’s Time Is Precious Spring Fair.
Over the years, Cafe Leura has continued to get behind our cause, helping us raise awareness and support for Bowel Cancer Australia and this year is no different.

As a family-run business with such strong ties to its local community, their continued support means so much to us. It’s businesses like Cafe Leura who help us turn an idea like the Spring Fair into a day that can make a real difference.

This year’s fair is all about bringing families, friends and the community together for a day of fun, while raising vital funds and awareness for a cause incredibly close to our hearts

A massive thank you to the whole Cafe Leura family for continuing to support Time Is Precious year after year. We’re so lucky to have you on this journey with us.

🎡 Come join us at the Time Is Precious Spring Fair and help us make this year one to remember.

🎟️ Grab your tickets through the link in our bio we can’t wait to see you there!

COFFEE FIRST, FOOD LATER🧁☕️🍵

the best banana bread!!! period.

their banana bread is so moist and fluffy! and it comes with espresso/matcha butter (yums) > we visited this place TWICE (you know what it means)

ooo love their coffee and da vibes! their coffee menu isnt extensive but you could tell that they put more thought into making classic coffee!

industrial-like cafe with nice coffee!! their brunch menu seems nicer, but we didn’t try~

gr8 place for pancakes!! their pancakes were light, fluffy and not overly sweet🤤

their coffee is good!! the coffee blend had layers of flavour too! love how accessible it is - even available at the airport

this had my heart❤️🤌🏻 coffee was rich, and yums!! loved the industrial/wood furnitures used to decorate the entire cafe! could tell that they made their own beans because there was the machines at the back

their pear, almond & lemon myrtle danish is a must-try!! outer layer was very crispy, topped with fresh cream and pear slices~ so refreshing and yumz🫶🏻

TIME TO FILL THE TUMMIES🍝

this ramen warms the soul~ perfect for the winter!! love that their soup wasnt as salty or overly thick > we visited this place TWICE (you know what it means)

this place is mentioned alot but really worth the visit! they have really fresh seafood~ we tried the seafood from nicholas seafood and claudio’s! both were very yums!

another hyped up place but really good!! must-try~

we tried their wood-fire bread, lamb ragu and crab pasta! nothing really special about their tiramisu in terms of taste, but the chocolate shavings and almond did add an extra texture to it🤤

visited RaRa with friends!! and yet another bowl of ramen that warms the soul! their chicken karaage was rlly crispy and huge!!

if you are near or at bondi beach, you should visit this sandwich place!! their portion is HUGE, and packed with ingredients🥬🐔

another place we visited with friends! a place good for sharing~ we thoroughly enjoyed their food hehe

(note: price point is on $$$ side of the scale)

oooo this was like sg’s six hands but with fresher ingredients! each bowl is from AUD$16 onwards. With the fresher veg and

Winter is all about camping, cooking your food on the fire, hot drinks at clifftops with friends, getting cozy, exploring an old mining town and a bit of hiking.

Recommend for coffee : the new joint in Blackheath @buttercafe__ and the famous @littlesista_leura ☕️
Also fully recommend tripping out to Yerranderie. It’s literally the Wild West. 🌿✨
