What began as a shared idea slowly became a world of its own.

Our first short film, At the Threshold of Faceless Figures, is complete and now making its way to festivals.

Created together, carried by everyone who became part of it.

After two years of creating and working on all of the 3D scenes for our short film, “At the Threshold of Faceless Figures,” it’s finally finished 🥷🏻🦾⛓️

This is our first short film, and we’ve now started sending it out to festivals for its first journey. These two years taught us a lot. We discovered new things, grew together, and put so much of what we felt, thought, and imagined into this film. It’s been a very special journey for us ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

We’re really excited to finally share it with the world, and we hope it finds its way to some beautiful people and places.

🎥This August, I had the chance to return to Detmold, the place where my journey into filmmaking first began. Last year, I was in front of the camera exploring movie directing and production, but this time I joined the organisational team of the International Short Film Festival as a mentor for the volunteers.

👏🏻It turned out to be one of the most creative, dynamic and surprising experiences I’ve had so far. Being part of the festival’s inner workings was challenging, dynamic, and motivating. I am truly grateful to Kultur und Art for trusting me with this role and for already inviting me to join again next year.

🥰My impression of the work, the team, the volunteers, and the overall atmosphere has been nothing less than positive and motivational. It reminded me why I chose youth work as my path with Mosaica and how powerful non-formal education is. I want to thank every person I crossed paths with in August for contributing to this impressive experience.

🖤I reconnected with old friends, strengthened our bonds, and started new friendships that I can’t wait to see grow.

10/10!
