The sweetest part of what we’ve created has always been the people who bring this space to life.💌

YARA is so much more than a place to move. It’s about the connections we make, the way we show up for ourselves and one another, and the feeling of finding a place where you fully belong.

Hearing what this space means to each of you is such a special reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you for being part of the heart that beats in this space, for sharing a little piece of your experience with us, and for helping make this community what it is.

Spreading all the love. We’re so grateful you’re here with us🦋

Mattie and Connor are husband and wife🤍🤍🤍 Yesterday was a dream come true seeing my little sister marry her person. Connor and Mattie have a love that is pure and joyful, and that was made so transparent the last few days. Every detail was so thoughtful, and so them. Mattie and Connor, we love you and your love. Cheers to Mr. and Mrs. Bowen🤍👰🏻‍♀️💒

A birthday to celebrate, a playlist to sing to, and a practice to grow. Your October plans start here!

Sunday, October 4th:
⭐️ Glee-Themed Barre with @cailey_jones_57
11:30am–12:30pm
A little Broadway, a little Britney, a whole lot of Glee. Join Cailey at the barre for a sing-along-worthy class, and channel your inner Rachel Berry or Cheerio with a look you can move in!

Sunday, October 11th:
🍒 Lana Del Rey-Themed Mat Pilates with @kay_willy_
9:30–10:30am
Celebrate our lovely Pilates guide Kaydnce with a non-heated class set to Lana. Think cherry reds, soft whites, bows, and a little vintage romance. Dress in something you can move in and help us show the birthday girl some love!

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga Alignment Workshop with @kellina77yoga
1:30–2:45pm
Take a little extra time to explore alignment in your yoga practice. Join us at YARA for an afternoon of slowing down, asking questions, and building greater awareness in your poses so you can step onto your mat with more confidence.

☕️ Coffee plans? Already made.
@cafecitoclubok will be joining us October 11th as well starting at 9am with lattes and treats! Come early, grab a coffee, and spend a little extra time connecting before or after class!

Dressing on theme for our Glee and Lana classes is encouraged, always optional, and part of the fun. Send this to your bestie and reserve your spots through the link in our bio! ✨

Movement rooted in connection.

This is what YARA looks like. 🫶🏼

Supporting one another.
Growing alongside one another.
Leading with open hearts.

Because the strongest communities aren’t built by one person, they’re built together. ✨

Why We Love Barre at YARA 🧑🏽‍🩰

We believe strength should feel empowering, not intimidating.

Barre is often underestimated.

People see the small movements and assume it won’t be challenging. Then they take a class and quickly discover that strength isn’t always built through big movements, it can be built through intention, precision, and control.

At YARA, Barre blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training into a low-impact, full-body experience that improves balance, posture, stability, and muscular endurance. Every pulse, hold, and controlled movement has a purpose.

You don’t need dance experience.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to “be in shape.”

You simply need a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

Because Barre isn’t about perfection, it’s about building strength that supports you both inside and outside the studio.

Come experience what intentional movement can do. 🔥
