7th year working at SOUL😱; The Emotional Shift 🌿✨

Usually I go cos well my mum brought me 14yr old me — I had no choice & then, I started to love “the aesthetic & “the vibesss✨” And then last year was the first time I started to really LISTEN to what was being said & truly BELIEVE it and then THIS YEAR—this year i feel like i NEEDED it.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say prep & just life✨ atm got to me this week, so definitely a more tired Bo attended this year …. And yet it was exactly the weekend event I needed.

Between starting back college, new/old jobs & a lot of uncertainties in my life atm, emotions were HIGH and SOUL has a way of getting them ALL OUT…. For the first time i didn’t resist.

One minute I was falling asleep, the next angry & irritated, the next dancing, the next crying, I felt uncomfortable at times.

In the end I allowed myself to feel all the feelings and embrace all of the energy shifting.

The energy shift can be tiring (I used to never listen to my mum when she would say these things but 7yrs on, you start to see the purpose 😅🩵)

And Today, Monday I feel like a whole new woman 😅💘

Sometimes being open to listening to the things you once thought were “silly” and being open to changing your mind on things/practices (ie. In this case; Reiki, Energy clearing, somatic therapy) can do you the world of good.

So thank you SOUL, @judith_mcadam @caintleclo 💚🩵🏰🕯️✨

Year 8 pending with even bigger shifts in bound 💞💞
