SORRY LONG POST AHEAD!
Can I just say wow... JHS arts department did it again. Every single one of you did a phenomenal job in this musical no matter what character you were, what note you played or what prop you moved. As you can tell every long rehearsal, every drop of sweat, every cry and complaint, and everything in between was way beyond worth it. I am glad to say we went out with a bang but so sad that’s it’s over. My first year being manager had its very high ups and its way down lows but i wouldn’t trade it for the world. You guys have made adjusting to this new position easy. Whether I was burning myself with a hot glue gun or hitting you with a prop while saying move a hundred times, it all mattered to me that y’all were so loving and respectful (for the most part 😂) to me. You all hold a very big spot in my heart that will never go away. I would most definitely not be the person I am today if it weren’t for all the cast, crew, pit, directors, parents, family, and friends. To all of you seniors, no matter if this was your first year or your fourth year, you left your mark at JHS and you left it well. I am gonna miss this wonderful family so much. I love every single one of you so much and I hope you all will go off and think about JHS and say “there’s no place like home!” ❤️👠
