SOOO I’ve actually never been the agent to sugar coat things 😅 Real estate isn’t always pretty, and pretending it is doesn’t help anyone! Clear expectations and transparent advice create confident decisions. And confident clients get better results 🙌🏼

I met with someone for a home buying consult a week ago, who was frustrated because she wasn’t finding any homes she liked. She previously worked with a different Realtor friend, who originally told her that her criteria and budget wouldn’t be a problem… I immediately knew it would be, unless she changed her location, expectations, or financial strategy. She was shocked to hear it 🤷‍♀️

But I wasn’t shocked she hired me. People like and deserve true and transparent guidance (and all the data to back it up 😉).

Stay safe & warm out there friends!
