Been meditating and wondering and pleading and praying, and came across this truth from Psalm 10,

“Why does the wicked renounce God and say in his heart, “You will not call to account?”

But You do see.”

A simple phrase—But You do see.

I am alone.
But You do see.

No one sees me.
But You do see.

I am a ghost in my home.
But You do see.

I am invisible.
But You do see.

I’ve slipped through the cracks.
But You do see.

I don’t recognize myself anymore.
But You do see.

Oh wonder that it is, for You, oh Lord, to look down from Heaven and see me? How precious and valuable must I be to You for You to do such a thing.

Would I then but look at my earthly state in a different light, to consider whether I am living to please You or man?

For when I live to please man, he does not see me. But when I live to please You, You do much more than see me—You sustain me!!!! With You, I am never alone!!!!
