Saturday plans: lift heavy things. 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Our Saturday Olympic Lifting class gives you dedicated time to work on the lifts that deserve a little extra attention.

✨ Focused technique work in the snatch + clean + jerk
🤸 Improve lifting positions with an extended warm-up + mobility
🏋️ Build strength through intentional progressions + targeted accessory work
👊 Get hands-on coaching and in-depth corrections at a slower pace
🔥 Hit HUGE lifts in a high-energy room

No rushing through the technical stuff — just more time under the bar, more attention to the details, and a whole crew getting better together.

And when the PRs start hitting? We get LOUD. 📣

Not a bad way to start your Saturday. 👏

WodFather 2026 🌟 We want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this event unforgettable from our amazing volunteers who kept everything running smoothly, the spectators who brought the energy all day long, the athletes who showed up and gave it their all, and the fellow gyms who came out to support and compete.

This is what community is all about 🙌

We’re proud, we’re grateful, and we’re already excited for the next one. Until then keep working, keep pushing, and keep showing up.

Over the weekend I participated in my first Indy comp in YEARS, it went PRETTTYYY well for me. But, it wouldn't have been possible without @crossfit_817 and all the volunteers and of course my fellow athletes! (They were all amazing). I am truly grateful for what my body can do, thank you for everyone that came out to support. I loved every second of it #wodfather #crossfit

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
