We’ve been loving doing drag numbers as a couple, but I could not be more excited for @bearbackmountainking to make his solo debut TONIGHT at Drag Bingo hosted by @cunning_stunt_king at @lucky13saloon !! 🤠✨

Doing drag has been such a fun way of reconnecting with and healing our inner theatre kid that really just enjoyed playing dress up and storytelling. We are so grateful to our drag community for welcoming us with open arms, sharing your tips/tricks and providing the space for us to play! Can’t wait to share the new number we’ve been working on with y’all! 👀🤩🫶

The next queer space I am featuring for my pride art series is the one & only @gingersbar_brooklyn ✨

For those of you who don’t know, @mxr.axel & I got married by @imbabynyc at Ginger’s for the @dykedrag anniversary show back in February of 2025 (best night ever tbh). We also did drag at Ginger’s for the first time together during Baby New Year in January, so it’s obviously our favorite place in Brooklyn! 🫶

Thank you @gingersbar_brooklyn for being a space that encourages and facilitates queer joy, especially for lesbians. We are forever grateful for the core memories and lifelong friendships that our nights out at Ginger’s have brought us! I LOVE BE GAY!!!!! 💖🧡🤍

Grateful for our community is the understatement of the year 😭🩷🫶

I have typed out what feels like a million different captions trying to capture what this night meant to both @mxr.axel and I in words but it feels impossible because it was just pure magic. Getting to experience and witness love in its truest form, unabashedly and loudly getting to be ourselves and rewrite what “prom night” means to us… I’ll be riding this high for WHILE! 🥹

Thank you @juliusnicoy for capturing this video that I will be watching on loop forever! Thank you @butchfemmesocialclub for putting on events like Pride Prom that create safe spaces for moments like this to happen! Thank you @amandatorimeating for being gorgeous and talented as always - perfect cherry on top to this video! Thank you @imbabynyc for being such an important part of our love story, including helping crown us & hosting this wonderful evening! Thank you to all the other performers @myster_e_mel @unclefreak2020 @jewelmarquee for being so welcoming and supportive of us lil newbies to us in the drag scene! Thank you @rowlfthedogsbff for making sure we had the freshest & cvntiest hair for this night! Thank you to every one of our butchfemme friends who showed up & out for our performance and made the night so fun with your incredible presence, vibes and love! 💖

Being apart of the Butch/Femme Social Club has allowed us to feel so seen, connected to our community and brought us so many joyful memories over the last year. Cheers to many more years of being gay, in love and dancing our asses off!! & HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!! 🤩🌈✨

This month’s Dyke Drag was seriously a dream come true 🌟

When CJ and I got married at @dykedrag last year, it changed our lives by allowing us to be immersed into the local queer drag community, where we have found a family that has welcomed us with open arms! 💗

Then, when @imbabynyc & @kaylitamanjarrez told us about Baby New Year, we both knew instantly that we had to use the opportunity to try drag and heal the theatre kid inside both of us who had lost the joy of performing they once had. This would not have been possible without the safe and beautifully queer environment cultivated by these two, and a number of our other dearest friends who lifted us up and were down to collaborate on such an iconic debut!

Huge shout out to @cunning_stunt_king for letting me into your world of manly beauty and showing me the ropes of masc drag. Having your style of face painted on me for this was such an honor and it allowed me to come alive in a way I never imagined! Watching you over the last year has been such a huge inspiration to me, so having you in the crowd for this meant the world 💚

Thank you to @tellevangeline for the incredible mix! She took our concept and in less than 3 days made us the perfect track! Also thank you to our dearest wedding DJ @djlunarosa for spinning for the night, it was such a joy to look over and see you there cheering us on just like on our wedding day!

To @matthew.geiler , thank you for always been down to help us on our side quests, and helping us with the not so fab parts of drag like lugging our props to gingers! We are so beyond grateful for you and your friendship 💚

Taking a moment to shout out our kitten for the evening & coincidentally also a dear friend @mx.mommyissues ! Thank you for all your help getting us onstage seamlessly and for hyping us up!

We had so many sweet friends come out to support and send sweet messages, thank you to all of you - we feel so incredibly loved and have certainly been bitten by the performing bug again so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events!! 👀🫶
