Spartan Race 2026 - Do hard things!

This year I participated in my first ever Spartan Race. I didn’t plan to win but I did plan to give my all- and I did just that and then some. This was a race that I went into knowing it wasn’t going to be easy, but I didn’t expect it would consume every ounce of mental energy, willpower, and physical endurance to power through. Grueling, knee scraping crawls, steep hills and slopes, heat and dehydration, this was a gauntlet that painstakingly pushed everything out of me and then some.

Yet my message to the reader and the world doesn’t change. If there’s a challenge or something that you haven’t done because you are scared or because you don’t feel ready, stop getting in your way. Do hard things, do scary things, and I promise you it’s worth it.

Lets get out there and let’s get after it.

And shout out to my friend @cajjenkins for sticking with me every step of the way.
