POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There’s a reason so many of us call it trail therapy.

Sometimes we head to the mountains for the physical challenge. Other times, we just need to clear our heads, breathe a little deeper, or spend time with people who make us laugh.

And sometimes it’s the conversations along the way. The stories we share, the things we work through together, and the connection that comes from simply walking side by side.

Somewhere along the trail, we find ourselves working through things we didn’t even realize we were carrying.

The mountains have a way of teaching us patience, perspective, and perseverance. They remind us that we don’t have to figure everything out at once. Sometimes we just need to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

And it doesn’t have to be a mountain. A walk through the woods, along the beach, or through a neighborhood park can offer its own kind of restoration.

Isn’t it amazing how often we come home feeling better than when we left?

A little trail therapy goes a long way. 💙🥾

Rusty! 🤍

I'm a few days late, but that's the story of my life.

Rusty is here for a two week refresh. We've been working together since he was about 4 months old. So we are tightening up some obedience and ecollar conditioning. We are also working on his confidence and working through some fears.

He has escaped his kennel recently too so we are working on calm in the kennel and helping him understand its a safe place for him.
He also recently slipped out of his flat collar when a dog barked at him in his neighborhood. Exposure is the name of the game for this dude.

Welcome to the pack Rusty boy! 💙
