Yesterday was a productive day in the studio. I like having these open shelves. They help get a little bit of distance and clarity to recent work. My eye often catches some tiny correction that I’ll adjust before scanning and posting.

Many thanks to @calamityscience and @evanbretos for their glorious 80-minute pose tonight at @smarkbeard ‘s atelier. I loooove how much detail I can get into a long pose! Looking forward to finishing this piece before the week is out.

What a first week of being 39.

An aerial show with a routine I’m proud of, my first time attending on the infectious diseases fellow service, a swim meet for the first time in 15 years, and a reminder that life can still unfold in ways I’d never have imagined.

So grateful for my New York and these communities. xoxo
