THE Carousel post is up!! Words can’t describe how grateful and lucky I was to be able to play Nettie Fowler in BW’s first 2026 Fall musical! This show wouldn’t even be in my hands to work on if it wasn’t for @rbievs !! Ever since then the cast, crew, and orchestra have been nothing but supportive and open to a non musical theater major. My first ever Rodger and Hammerstein show was during Covid and we weren’t able to do it in front of an audience, so to be able to do this show with these absolutely talented musicians live made my heart so full. I have a new found love for Carousel and it’s all because of everyone involved with this beautiful production. And remember “You’ll Never Walk Alone” 🎠💕

We had a wonderful opening night of @bwmusictheatre's Carousel In Concert!
I must thank the people who made it all happen. My deepest gratitude to
*Gregory Daniels for the spectacular choreography, especially adapted for the concert version. Greg was also my eyes and ears for tech as I was on stage conducting. Invaluable!
*Nicholas Stanick, the Associate Music Director, who played, conducted, and helped perfect all the glorious choral music, while I had my director hat on!
*Kymberli Cleal, my Assistant Director and Stage Manager. The whole operation would have collapsed without Kym's attention to detail and superior organizational skills!
*Rachel Woods, my colleague and our Music Assistant, who was my second set of ears during tech/dress rehearsal week, which was crucial! All while music directing Falsettos at Blank Canvas!
*Gabriel Hill, who not only plays the role of Enoch Snow beautifully, he lent us his skills with our sound design.
*The 20-piece Carousel orchestra! It's a tough, transparent score, and you rose to the challenge and are supporting the production beautifully!

And of course, to the entire cast - all 83 of you! What a joy it's been to dive into this incredible material and find our own way and our own production. Thank you!

Enjoy this sampling of amazing photos by Tim Bates photos.
Two more chances to see Carousel In Concert - tonight (Saturday) at 7:30 pm and tomorrow (Sunday) at 2 pm. Gamble Auditorium on the Baldwin Wallace campus. Tickets are free, but please reserve them here: https://app.arts-people.com/?show=347311
