I am thrilled to finally share with you all my new app Gonzalez Sports Performance. This app is the culmination of years of hard work and all the faith that my clients have put in me to provide them with the best possible development. To all my current and past clients I want to say thank you! Without your faith in me this wouldn’t be possible. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was not an easy thing for me to do. Going out on my own and risking a lot to make things work for my family and I was a hard decision to make. But I’m so happy I finally took the leap to bet on myself. I hope I continue to be a positive influence in your lives on and off the field. Shout out to my guy @sappworksapps apps who has been the brains behind the operation of designing this app. Thank you for all the hours you have put into this and helping me take another step to my ultimate goal of owning my own place. If you are looking for help and need a more structured plan tailored to your needs please feel free to reach out and let’s see if I’m the right fit for you!

Ground force: What is it?
Ground force in pitching is the energy generated by a pitcher pushing against the ground with their legs, creating a reaction force that drives momentum, increases velocity, and reduces arm strain.

Most guys now understand how to put force in but many have issues storing it and using it later on in the delivery. Meaning a majority of guys drop in fine but they either extend right away or pop back up and pull open.

Guys that do a great job of putting energy in and then spiking that energy late tend to have better direction, rotate later, better lead leg block, and better seperation.

Looking for help? Reach out and let’s see if I’m the right guy for you. #pitchingdevelopment #pitchingtips #baseballdevelopment #remotecoaching #movementpatterns
