🚨 NEW AT ANYTIME FITNESS TEKAMAH: POWER MONKEY IS HERE. 🐒💪🏽🦍🦾

It’s a new way to train your body.

We’ve added a Power Monkey Fitness setup at Anytime Fitness Tekamah—and it’s built for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

The mission is simple: TECHNIQUE MATTERS.

Instead of “Can you do a muscle-up?” we ask:

👉 Can we build the positions first?
👉 Can we develop real control?
👉 Can we progress you step by step?

That’s the difference.

Created with elite coaching from Dave Durante (U.S. gymnastics champion & Olympic team alternate), Power Monkey breaks advanced movements into simple, learnable progressions.

You’ll build toward:

🔥 Pull-ups
🔥 Dips
🔥 Ring strength
🔥 Push-ups
🔥 Core control
🔥 Full-body stability
🔥 Real athletic movement

And no—you do NOT need to be a gymnast.

If you’ve ever thought, “That’s not for me…”—this is for you.

Because fitness isn’t just lifting more weight.

It’s owning your body.

So next time you’re in the gym…

Don’t walk past it.

Try it. (Stretch your shoulders and external rotation exercises before 🧠✨)

Let’s find what you’re capable of.

🐒 WELCOME TO THE PLAYGROUND.

And just like that, there was one. Grady moved to Morningside Sunday. Cale moved to Southeast on Friday. Wes gets a house to himself. “This feels weird,” Wes said when we got home. Super excited to see what the big boys do on their own. Both pretty much said we can leave, I got things to do! Yes you do!

Grady got the win tonight at the senior legions last home game. He pitched 6 innings and had 6 strikeouts, and 2 earned runs. He also was 3 for 3 at the plate with a double and a RBI. Fun night tonight!

Last home game for these Legion Seniors. Proud of the work they have done to pull themselves up and find ways to succeed. Cale and Spence have played Legion baseball for 6 years since the summer of their 7th grade year. It’s been fun watching you two throughout the years and the experience you’ve gained and the players you have had the opportunity to play with and against. Its been a ride watching you two. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two!!
