2 years teaching yoga for you in Nokesville, VA ✨️🙌🥳

I could tell a bunch of stories about how it started or how it's going, the successes and failures and everything in between...

But there are 2 things that have gotten me this far...

1. Be yourself
2. Keep showing up

That's it. Staying true to both things, no matter what, has brought me more fulfillment in 2 short years than I could have ever imagined!

I am proud of my contribution to our town, to my God, and to YOU. Doesn't get much better than that 🤷‍♀️

And just WAIT 'til you see what's coming up next 👀

A very sincere thank you to everyone I have tagged here -- you made it possible.

Here's to next year 🍾🥂

Yule Yoga was a BLAST

We couldn't capture the pure joy of laughter yoga ✨️ 💕 we were too busy being in the moment!! You'll have to take our word for it but let's just say we gave Santa a run for his money!

I'll be signing off for now until the New Year! Look forward to more events, new classes, and even a new look...coming soon 😎

Wishing everyone an easeful, peaceful, and useful holiday 🍬✨️🍪🎄

That's a wrap on our Brunch Yoga series in partnership with @nokesville_winery!

It was such an amazing experience to get together over fresh fruit, pastries, mimosas and of course YOGA every Saturday this month!

I can't express how much gratitude I have for the folks at @nokesville_winery for sharing their space, and I'm also thankful for the people who have come and shared their time and the experience of yoga! It's been a joy to share fresh food, make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and build some great energy in the community.

I have some new series opportunities lined up for the Fall, too, so keep your 👀 peeled!
