This will be my FIRST ever calisthenics competition

I’ll be representing Hawaii in the Sets & Reps division

going to this event isn’t only about the competition for me,

It’s about showing the growth of this sport and community is happening everywhere

calisthenics isn’t just a sport, it’s a movement

affecting not only Florida, California, Europe, Asia, etc…. but also smaller U.S. states like Hawaii

this is about showing YOU that you don’t NEED to be surrounded by elite athletes or live in an area where the sport exists to at least START

all you need is the motivation to want to be part of this sport and that there is ALWAYS a way to learn/progress remotely #hawaiicalisthenics #hawaiicalisthenicsathlete #hawaiifitness
