Dear TLU,

Thank you for an amazing Freshman season. I will cherish these memories for the rest of my life and am so grateful I came here. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I can’t believe this is already goodbye.

To the coaching staff, a huge thank you for believing in the hometown kid. You made me feel welcomed from the start of the recruitment process and it felt the same way the second I arrived on campus. The guidance and trust in me this year is something I’ll never forget.

To my teammates, y’all have had my back from day one. From asking “who is this guy?” at spring ball with swim googles on to winning football games together, I’ve enjoyed every moment. The culture here is nothing short of outstanding and I wish for continued success for all my teammates endeavors whether that be in football or life.

To my family, thanks for being so supportive this year. My parents didn’t miss a game and extended family and friends made the effort to come to games or watch from afar. I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing support system I have.

I’m excited for the next chapter in my journey. I know and trust that it is truly God’s plan and whatever that plan may be, it will be the best one for me.
