An exciting day for @fslasvegasresidences as the first slab of concrete has been poured! The project has now exceeded over $650 million in sales and over 68% of the inventory has been sold as we head into season…We are on a roll at @tworoadsre! Stay tuned for exciting updates on this and our other projects! #tworoadsrealestate #fourseasonsresidences #fourseasonsresidenceslasvegas #developingthebest #tworoadsre #tworoads

GOING UP! My hottest shoot ever (117 degrees), but our Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas construction star (and President & Partner of Two Roads Development) Brad Meltzer was as cool as ever. After 18 months of remarkably-engineered excavation completed, the first crane is on site, the tower crane platforms are underway (ahead of schedule) and the site is a beehive of activity. What used to just be renderings is becoming a reality. Look for the short film about this “modern marvel” of construction coming soon.

PS Fun to get a chance to visit Slim Aarons’ namesake mid-century modern bar at Fontainebleau. Only one thing was missing: his pictures!

Thank you @cameracaddy for another great shoot (and for putting up with me).
