WE CHANGE LIVES ⚡️⚡️⚡️

One of my favorite transformations because it’s so much more than just the physical

Cali had been stuck in self limiting habits and patterns for years

An athlete at heart, ex D1 runner, she was sitting on so much potential and I could tell she deeply desired to tap back into that potential

And once we got started, she went all f*king in

Despite any challenges that came up, injuries along the way, old habits creeping back in, Cali continued to show up and trust our plan and process

And at the end of the day she transformed her life - physically, mentally, spiritually

Who’s next? DM me “Coach” and I’ll reach out to see if I can help

💛Teaching youth essential bike skills and safe riding practices so they can ride with confidence, control, and awareness is what we did! It's not enough to know HOW to ride a bike; kids also need to know HOW to ride safely!
These young riders are now role models in their communities and will show others that bike safety matters every time they ride.
A HUGE thanks to parents, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners. 🚴‍♀️

WE CHANGE LIVES ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Straight up, Cali is an absolute rockstar client 🎸

(Yes I work with women too)

We first connected at the beginning of 2024

She had been stuck in self limiting habits and patterns for years

An athlete at heart, ex D1 runner, Cali was sitting on so much potential and I could tell she deeply desired to tap back into that potential

And once we got started, she went all f*king in

Despite any challenges that have come up, Cali has continued to show up and trust our plan and process

She hasn’t missed a checkin, works diligently to improve on/uproot the habits we discuss, sends exercise videos for feedback, engages in our community/team calls, utilizes our team dietitian/nervous system support monthly …

And she has transformed her life this year - physically, mentally, spiritually

It hasn’t been a straight path forward, we’ve had some speed bumps and we’re working through a current injury that will require a strong growth mindset to keep growing through

But I have no doubt that Cali will continue to progress and grow from the current challenge along with anything else that comes her way 🤝 this is truly just the beginning for her!
