I have the best teammates so I wanted to show them how much they mean to me. This Spring I was on a mission to attend a high school game of every one of my Rock Gold teammates. Traveling from 15 minutes to 3 hours away…..mission accomplished!!! I loved surprising each of them and had so much fun watching them play! Can’t wait to be back on the field with them this summer! #rockgoldwayemahony18u #2027 #softball #family

INTENSIVE TRANSFORMATION ✨

Who doesn’t love a good transformation 😍

Cali came in for an intensive session with me yesterday with one goal: gaining a deeper understanding of how her body should be moving, and where she could be leaking power with her current mechanics.

She was awesome to work with, asking questions, and doing every drill and rep with intention.

She made amazing progress with both her reach position and her stacked landing.

She left with tons of new drills, and better understanding of how her body should be moving. Amazing job Cali ✨

What improvements do you notice? Leave them below in the comments!
