Wheatland FFA Ends National Convention on a HIGH NOTE! 💛💙🌟

What an incredible way to wrap up our National FFA Convention trip! Wheatland FFA is beyond proud to celebrate THREE American FFA Degree recipients: Conrad Burrow, Liliana Saldana, and Jada Sterling! 🎉👏

The American FFA Degree is the highest degree a member can earn in the National FFA Organization, recognizing years of dedication, hard work, leadership, community service, and accomplishments through their Supervised Agricultural Experience. Only 2% of FFA members nationwide achieve this prestigious honor! 🇺🇸🌾

To earn this degree, members must meet rigorous requirements, including earning their State FFA Degree, maintaining an outstanding SAE project, demonstrating leadership and academic achievement, and completing at least 50 hours of community service across three or more activities. Recipients must also meet specific agricultural education, financial investment, and work experience requirements.

Today, Conrad and Jada had the incredible opportunity to walk across the big stage and be recognized for all their hard work and dedication! 🌟 We couldn’t be more proud of all three of you and everything you’ve accomplished!

Congratulations, Conrad, Liliana, and Jada! You have represented Wheatland FFA so well, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you!

Last day in the blue jacket 💙💛

Throw backs to the best FFA memories over the years!!

A little bit of a sappy post, but this jacket is full of a lifetime of memories, achievements, and friendships. I couldn't have asked for a better way to go out than on stage at National Convention! Thank you to everyone who's supported me along the way, and thank you to every random car ride jam session, random people from across the US, and pin on my jacket. The FFA is not just a group of farmers, but the next generation of leaders and advocates for agriculture. This organization has made me who I am today, and I dont know where I would be without the opportunities and people that this wonderful organization has brought me.

Thank you Susanville and California FFA!!

We want to extend a MASSIVE Congratulations to Elizabeth Kessler for recieving her American Degree this morning!!. 🎉

For those who don’t know the American Degree is the highest achievable degree in the National FFA Organization. It requires a student to be an active FFA member after high school graduation, have an SAE project that has earned $10,000 and productively invested $7,500 and participate in 50 hours of verified community service. Because of the stringent rules and requirements less than 1% of all FFA members will ever achieve this honor.

If you see or talk to Elizabeth please tell her congratulations for all of her hard work and effort & let her know how proud the East Nicolaus community is of her!! 💙💛
