Yoga at @pnmpanama was so great!

While I’ve been out of the habit of doing yoga….

Well really any exercise, besides walking really.

For the ones who know me..I haven’t really been running either. Yikes 😬

So this yoga workout left me a little sore the next day but so glad I was able to spend time in the outdoors with my friends.
