We spend so much time chasing success, but how often do we actually stop to define what it means to us?

More money? A bigger business? Better fitness? More followers?

Or is it having more time, freedom and opportunities to enjoy the things that matter?

I don’t think there’s a right or wrong answer and I definitely don’t think you can have perfect balance all the time.

But I do think it’s worth checking in with yourself every now and then.

Make sure the life you’re working so hard to build is still a life you actually want to live.

Set the intention.
Visualise the goal.
Take action.
Trust the process ✨

Two years ago I was watching people move like this in awe… now I’m one of them. 🤸🏽‍♀️✨

And that’s exactly why I love what I do.

Because sometimes we put a limit on ourselves before we’ve even given our body a chance.

I didn’t start calisthenics because I could do these things. I started because I wanted to find out if I could.

Coming from a bodybuilding background I thought I was strong! Then this sport truly humbled me 😆

There were plenty of ugly reps, and still are failed attempts, shaky holds and “yeah… that’s definitely not happening yet” moments 😂

But little by little my body learned what it truly takes to master these skills.

So when I tell my clients your body is meant to move, I mean it.

Don’t underestimate what you can build.

Stop asking “can I?” and start asking “what if I keep going?” ❤️
