Hi everyone!

I’m excited to introduce and launch my Trusted Community Partnership Program.

Because I value my clients so much, I wanted to create a carefully curated network of professionals that I myself know, trust and confidently recommend. As both a provider and a client myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find exceptional practitioners in the aesthetic and wellness space.

My goal with this program is to take the guesswork out of finding trusted providers when your needs extend beyond the services that I personally offer. By connecting you with outstanding professionals who share the same commitment to quality, integrity and client care, I hope to make your experience even more seamless and supportive.

I’m thrilled to share these trusted partnerships with you and help connect our community with fantastic providers who truly stand out in their field.

Each month, I will highlight a new trusted partner 🫶🏻. For June, I would like to highlight @calineddo . As a brunette, I have struggled with finding someone who colors my hair well, but Cali always nails it with my cut and color! She is relaxed and friendly with attention to detail and requests!

Be well and see ya in the treatment room!

a very overdue may dump because i’ve been working diligently to become a FULL-TIME personal trainer. 🏋🏼‍♀️

if i’m honest may was long and hard that felt like i could sleep for two whole days. may ended with evan &i making a QUICK trip to vegas for a long-time friend’s wedding. how cool is it in my last post we had some of our favorite friends move away &then have the best weekend with like 4 other couples?? for coming in a stranger, i felt so much love. it was so much fun to be the hype of the wedding &so sweet to know we have new friends but also old friends? RAD.
may consisted of:
•made it official of finally becoming a PT.
•felt A LOT of fear.
•started shadowing a trainer with clients.
•made connections with every person who came to my classes.
•started actually calling myself a personal trainer &made some beautiful connections with people who might need a personal trainer (; future clients &moving through the imposter syndrome that I AM A TRAINER is what i’m speaking into life.
•did a lot of behind the scenes work of just everything that goes into having your own business. some of the best 12 hour days that just fuel my drive but holy shiz i was tired on this trip. 🤣
•stopped to dance and laugh in vegas
•
all amidst doing what i ask my future clients to do 1ST. fueling myself well, moving my body, getting enough sleep, and learning when it’s time to shut the computer, rest, and pause to find gratitude. i was NOT perfect but it’s the integrity of simply doing it with IMPERFECTION anyways!!!

may felt SO long &june has even more EXCITING things coming but holy shiz!!! may was long and had many hard days.
when i stop and journal through my fears, challenging my highly self-critical narrative, and reflect from what i am doing; i get overwhelmed with gratitude and have some wonderful people who have constantly reminded me,
“that fear you feel? that’s a good thing. you’re really doing it.”
JUNE IS WHERE THE REAL MAGIC IS GOING TO BE CREATED!!!! WHERE DID THAT GIRL GO? FORWARD & UP. 🤎 to my people who are WITH me in this; thanks for being here. 🤎 BIG. 🤎

This is your sign to get the extensions 🤭

I got to do my hair baby’s hair today and it was the highlight of my week! I love her so much 🥰

We did 2 rows of 18 inch hand sewn hair. Do you want to know what color comb we ended up installing?
