TURN SIDEWAYS! ↪️

This piece made me feel the story I wanted to tell from beginning to end. Starting off feeling defeated, but still moving with grace and power, until you find your own strength and learn to fight through the demons in your own mind.

Such beautiful choreography, and I loved getting to bring this one to life.

💫 Rain on Me ☔️ 💫

I have finally loaded!!! And
I am so proud of myself for finally getting the chance to step out of my comfort zone and get the opportunity to actually dance!!! Ya girl signed up to the 3 week intensive Rain Room w @calistaxb , @freemindthestudio

And baby, I had FUNNNN! 😮‍💨🔥 Learning the choreo, catching the counts, getting in my sexy lil bag and actually being one of the girlies for once , ohhhhh I missed this sooo much. I didn’t know how much I needed this till it was over.

Another bonus to taking this class was taking it w my wifey and friends and meeting new friends.. I truly want to continue w my dancing journey as I am no longer in my head about having 3 left feet on the dance floor.

Shoutout to @calistaxb for the amazing edits and all the tips and tricks to help me get here.

Took my first @freemindthestudio class over the weekend 😍 Floorwork is probably both my favorite type of performance, and the type of performance I want to elevate THE MOST, and @calistaxb ‘s choreography was the PERFECT vehicle to start that journey 😍 Thank you for a wonderful class (with some warm-up stretches I’ve never tried before but WILL be incorporating into my routine)- I will absolutely be back!
