Golden rule for Archer Rotation 💡

Drive hips and arm away to secure the top position for 3s, then twist while dropping down into a full rotation.

Hayley’s 6 Months Calisthenics Compounds progress

I should mention firstly that this is F badass!
Hayley is a mum, over 40, working full time.

Her journey started 6 months ago as a beginner off the back of a double shoulder injury (from bench press) and a dodgy knee. She was bored of generic gym training and wanted to do more with her body. Ability was a couple of scrapy pull ups, no handstand and decent flexibility.

On our first Call we got clear on what she wanted and set the goals. I customised the plan throughout and coached the process. She followed her plan of 4 sessions per week and applied everything to a T.

We’ve covered so much including - undoing faulty nutrition and body composition advise, how to navigate training peaks and training cycles for cleaner progress, self perception, energy, RPE and wavering intensity, how to listen to her body while training and give it what it needs > when it needs it, weekly technique improvements (which is vital for Calisthenics), steady is progress is better than fast and much more that a plan, book or video cannot cover without context and feedback in real time. Only quality coaching through 1 system can.

Her progress is a testament to her dedication and hunger to do the best she can. She now moves, trains and performs like a pro.

The best part is she’s “loving it”

- Progress in all the Calisthenics skills
- Kept lower body compounds development in
- Elite body composition

Hayley gets worried she’s not progressing fast enough🙃

Own Bali training retreat… and I loved every single second of it. 🌴✨

Being surrounded by inspiring, like-minded people, all exploring their bodies, their limits, their potential… with curiosity and humility...that’s something special🤩

Everyone here came to learn, to share, to grow. And that energy? You feel it in every session.

Having my coach guide me the entire week was an opportunity I don’t take lightly. I’m deeply aware of it. Grateful for it.

Lessons learned.
Now it’s time to explore them and training hard and smart.

Thank you Bali… for your kindness, your people, and yes… your very good ☕️

Callisthenics is based of building a very strong strength foundation ⚡️

With this base you start building all the 🧱blocks together with the right technique for efficiency and smooth transitioning.
You can't force the process, rest and recovery is a huge part of becoming better🙏🏻

Doing this in person with absolutely my amazing coach @calisthenicscompounds. Thanks for your care and beyond. To be here is a privilege I'm very aware of🙏🏻😍

Just the beginning and the goals are set high🔥

Don't forget, You're never to old to keep unlocking your full potential💪🏻
