This is an OFFICIAL CALLOUT to the calisthenics community! Muscle-ups, pull-ups, human flags—we know what you do on the bars. Now let’s see those hands, that speed, and that teamwork on the football field. 💪🏾

Put your crew together and bring a team to The New UNK League’s FALL FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE!

Who’s accepting the challenge? Tag the athletes you’re taking the field with. 👇🏾

📩 DM @thenewunkleague to register your team.

LOYALTY ISN’T ABOUT WHO’S AROUND YOU…
IT’S ABOUT WHO STAYS SOLID WHEN YOU’RE NOT. 🗣️

Trust. Respect. Loyalty.
Those three together build a foundation that’s hard to break.

Pay attention to how people speak about others when they leave the room… because one day, you might be the one who left. 👀

UhhhhhhhhHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA…
If you needed to hear that, you know exactly who you are. 😂

LOYALTY. 🤝🏾
Don’t be… SILLY.

We caught up with @calisthenicsty and this one was more than just talking fitness.

Ty broke down how he got started after a homie kept telling him to come to the park. He got put through a serious push-up routine and walked away like,I can really do this.” From there, he stayed consistent and never looked back.

One thing he said that really stood out was it’s not just about what you make somebody do.it’s how you talk to them. You can’t expect everybody to train like you. You gotta meet people where they are and help them realize what THEY are capable of.

And Ty definitely practices what he talks about. If you’ve seen him on that bar, you already know. TIME ON THE BAR is different! Muscle-ups, monkey bars, walking across the bars, switching sides, staying up there for minutes without touching the ground. That’s a different type of work.

But for Ty, fitness is also mental therapy. Happy, sad, angry .you can always go train. Sometimes the workout ain’t just about the body. Sometimes it’s about getting your mind right 🌎🌎🌎‼️

DOPE interview. DOPE knowledge. DOPE story.
