My South Africa chapter has officially come to a close. 🇿🇦

While we qualified to compete in the Zone VI African Championships in Polokwane, we were unable to attend unfortunately. However, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to finish:

🥇 1st in Johannesburg
🥈 2nd in Gauteng
🥈 2nd in South Africa!!
🏆 Best Defender in South Africa 2025
🏆 MVP 2025

I’m proud of you very part of the journey and all the people who were part of it. Thank you to everyone who made Africa home for the past 2 years. ❤️

Grateful for what was, excited for what’s to come. Germany, let’s see what you’ve got! 🇩🇪☺️

This past week was filled with love, teamwork, and valuable lessons.

Grateful to have played alongside such an incredible team — the bond we built off the court was just as meaningful as the grind on it.

Second place 🥈 has never felt so good, thanks to the hard work, commitment, and heart we all put in.

Hallllooooooo!!!

Volleyball South Africa National Tournament 🏆🇿🇦

So incredibly proud of these women and this team! After 4 days of intense matches against the best teams from across South Africa, we battled our way to the finals and proudly took home SECOND PLACE in the entire country! 🥈💪

Personal milestone - I was named Best Defender in South Africa 2025 😭❤️ What an absolute honor.

Huge shoutout to @vutvolleyball_official for an incredible final match - what a way to end my (supposed) last South African Champs Cup! Y’all made it so exciting and downright fun to play (& really made me earn those ice baths). 🧊

And endless thanks to @quantum_volleyball_ for welcoming this little ole American 🇺🇸 over the last 2 years and giving me the chance to compete with such insanely talented athletes.

Plot twist: Our second place finish means we’ve qualified for the CAVB Zone VI tournament this December… so it looks like Germany will have to wait 😜

Africa, I’m not done with you yet 🌍🏐

Every time you step on the court pass it better, set it higher, hit it harder, and give it all you got. That's all you can do! Let's go, Dragons 🐉 Ladies.
