An incredibly special project and one of the most ambitious I’ve produced with @imprint.films
.
- My original idea
- A three day shoot 3 weeks ago at my old school St. Ambrose College in Hale Barns.
- Lines, back stories, characters and monologues written by the students themselves, which I then stitched and fleshed out into a full story.
- 9 actors of between 15 and 18 who had never worked on screen before.
- 15 professional crew, many of which were taking time off from industry jobs to get this thing done.
.
With the project now in edit, I genuinely can’t be prouder of what the team pulled off.

That’s a wrap on DocFest 2026! 🎬

We had six fantastic days filled with tears - and laughter - but most of all we had a festival packed full of exciting events and vital stories, beautifully told.

The festival is one of the biggest showcases for documentaries around the globe and this year featured 107 films from 66 countries and over 200 screenings including 45 World Premieres, 17 International Premieres, 6 European Premieres, and 37 UK Premieres.

Here are just some of our favourite memories - we can’t wait to share more with you very soon. See you in 2027!

BTS on @theneighbourhooditv 🎬

Back in May 2025, I was offered the chance by @wrappartyagency to work on a new ITV show, The Neighbourhood, starting in June. I don’t usually work on unscripted shows, but when you’re starting out in the industry it can be tough to find consistent work, so I’ve learned to take every opportunity and see where it leads. It meant moving out for a month and I only had a week to decide, so even though it felt pretty daunting as someone who’s quite a homebody, I went for it, packed my bags and drove up to the Midlands.

I worked in the ingest department as an edit assistant, bridging the gap between camera and post. It was a completely different environment for me, and with it being season one there were definitely challenges, but I learned so much from the experienced people around me and found my feet quickly. We had great stories, a lot of lollipops, and ended up collecting lots of gnomes along the way.

Production life is very different to post. Early starts, set routines, set food, a whole different rhythm, but I adapted quicker than I expected. I did struggle physically getting to and from set, but the runners were incredibly kind, often helping me get back and forth from my little post cabin, which I’m really grateful for.

Would I go back to production? 100%. The team made it what it was, and now I get why people say your crew becomes like family. Huge thanks to Mark at Braxted and the team for having me. It was a proper effort to get season one over the line, but everyone pulled together and made it work, and I’m really proud to have played a small part in it.

The Neighbourhood is out now on ITV and ITVX - go watch it 👀
