‼️😱🏆 WHATTA DAY!! A core highlight of 2025 this afternoon as I got to meet with none other than @karlandrewmartin — CEO of @arablegroup a leader whose faith runs as deep as his strategy is sharp. Thank you infinitely for your wisdom today, Coach Karl!! I learned heaps! I SO APPRECIATE YOU!
——
Karl has advised CEOs across industries that rarely sit at the same table — from automotive/sports titans, social media powerhouses, global marketers, government leaders — and yet he sails each realm with the same grace & unshakeable conviction: leadership is STEWARDSHIP. His rare blend of business acumen + pastoral heart — gives him a voice that cuts through the noise with clarity, conviction, and SPIRITUAL WEIGHT. The kind of weight that doesn’t just inform — it transforms. ⚔️🔥

Here’s some key takeaways from my notes of Karl today (btw if you didn’t attend? Just know that you 100% missed out!🤣 But I got you!! See below👇):

➡️ 1 PROJECT = YOU are your biggest ROI. Invest.

➡️ 3 FRIENDS = Find a mentor/coach, a pastor to hold you accountable, and someone to apprentice.

➡️ 4 QUALITIES = Trust, Bravery, Kindness & Curiosity. “Curiosity has 2 parents — humility & confidence.” -K.M.

➡️ 5 INVESTMENTS = Financial, Physical, Intellectual, Relational & Spiritual. How do you steward what God gave you?

jookimtiah 🙏 Praise God for how he’s used you, Joo! It’s wild that the last pic here was our last photo together 8 yrs ago in the exact same ballroom when you had just opened @paradoxvancouver (formerly TRUMP) and now it’s FILLED with such mighty men & women of God’s kingdom!!? Wow… to GOD be the glory!!👏

@coastal_church Huge shoutout to our BBTB team at my home-church for hosting!! I could not be more humbled & grateful to be part of such an amazing flock. To my lead Pastors, Pastor Dave & Cheryl, y’all are truly next to none. Thank you for all you do! 💛✝️

Most are just nosey, bothered by your power, and threatened by your peace. Do not so easily pour from your cup just because theirs is open to receive. Mark my words when I say; EVEN SALT LOOKS LIKE SUGAR. Do your due-diligence. Protect your energy. Guard your mental and emotional space. ENERGY flows where INTENTION goes.

When you give ATTENTION to someone? You are instantaneously agreeing to establish a CONNECTION between you and them. The key is in DISCERNING early on if that individual will be an unhealthy attachment or fruitful connection in your life. Both live on the same block - not in the same house.

SAVE this for later when someone tries to pull you out of your power. 👍❤️

THERAPIST VS COACH!?! 🤯🤬
——
In this KILLER LIVE with Melissa Lapides, LMFT, Attachment + Trauma Expert, we spill the TEA ☕️ on the silent BEEF 🥩 in the online community between Therapists + Coaches.

We discuss the sales tactics/manipulations that exist out there and what DISQUALIFIES a Coach/Therapist from serving YOU properly.

Your Therapist/Coach should be your SAFE SPACE. Are they TRAUMA-INFORMED? Are they practicing in an ETHICAL/MORAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE, and psychologically + emotionally SAFE way with you?

Let’s chat!
