Sometimes the best part of the morning isn’t the workout…it’s who you’re sharing it with. ❤️

A quiet walk with Mat, fresh South Texas air, and a little time to slow down. These are the moments that fill my cup.

What’s one simple thing that’s filled your cup this week? 🌿

We’ve been doing LANAP with the Periolase for over 20 years now, and it still amazes me how spaces (like the gap in the front teeth) just naturally close as the tissue heals. The best part is getting to work with @jenlaiwong on these cases. It saves patients time, pain, and money. I’m amazed at how many patients choose to pay more to get their gums flapped open and stitched together, but whatever. It’s none of my business 🤷🏻‍♂️

This past weekend, Dr. Todd Sheffler delivered powerful insights at The Closing Institute's Full-Arch Growth Conference—sharing how balancing clinical excellence with business acumen drives actual practice growth. It was a phenomenal event!

Missed it? You’ve got another chance to connect with Dr. Sheffler—and also meet Bart Knellinger, President & CEO of Progressive Dental, and Gerritt Cora, VP & Managing Partner—at our White Glove Event, June 27–28 at Progressive Dental HQ in Clearwater, FL.

At this exclusive two-day experience, you'll learn how to:
✔️ Target undiagnosed periodontitis using the LANAP protocol
✔️ Rescue ailing implants with the LAPIP protocol
✔️ Increase implant success with the BLAST protocol
✔️ Empower your team to close more cases with less stress
✔️ Streamline processes and reduce no-shows

Whether you want to grow your implant cases or boost profitability, this event fuses cutting-edge clinical protocols with real-world sales strategy.

My life changed forever 2.5 years ago

I knew there was a missing link in my personal development

I had multiple coaches

🧠 Mental Performance
💪 Gym Biz
🥩 Nutrition

But what I needed most wasn’t more coaching. It was connection with people that had achieved what I wanted in life and were willing to share with me

That got me into a gym based mastermind. Most of you know the story of all positives that kicked off for me

But that was just the beginning. It also led me to a men’s only mastermind group that has been an incredible support system for as a husband, father, and leader

Shoutout @thetacticalempire

Yesterday we did an incredibly difficult hike that not long ago would’ve wrecked me. Even so, no man was left behind and everyone rallied to help each other to insure we all made it to the end

At the end of the 4+ hours, 2000+ feet of elevation change, and 6+ miles we were all exhausted but more importantly we were all significantly more bonded as brothers

I’ve said for a long time doing hard shit is mandatory for growth but yesterday showed me the importance of doing hard shit with others in an effort to grow as a team

So this is your sign to grab your family, staff, friends, whomever you want to grow with and do some challenging shit this weekend. You won’t regret it

Keep digging in 😤

In a world that’s become soft, that tells men they are toxic, that frowns upon those who have a desire to or have built wealth, The Tactical Empire makes men better men, better husbands, better fathers, and to make a f**k ton of money along the way. This requires doing hard things, externally and internally. You cannot lead anyone with you do not lead yourself first. The meetup in Scottsdale, AZ has ended and these men are going back into the world with new goals, new habits, and a new focus that’ll make them and those around them better, not softer.
