Looking through my holiday snaps and realising I barely have any pics of myself cos I deleted most of them! I've also barely posted anything at all for a while. I feel in such a slump and so unhappy with myself and my appearance lately. I always find excuses to not look after myself and really need to start treating myself better because I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I haven't had my hair done since way before the first lockdown. SO step 1 in taking better care of myself... I booked my smear test and had it done this evening - VERY important after the scare I had last time! Step 2, I'm getting my hair done next week. I just need to find some motivation and start exercising and eating better!! 🤞
