This has been the busiest year of my life, but if you've followed my stories, you know the Renaissance tour was the highlight of 2023 for me! I hit up Atlanta, took my team in Miami, surprised my daughter for STL, and thanked @callmegabbi_ for all her hard work this year with a trip to Kansas City. Each experience was totally different. I don't even think I watched the show in Miami, we were the show 😂😂. One if my favorite things to do is give people amazing experiences and memories, and I think I did that a lot this year. Only the best for my best 💪🏾. Always fun, dope vibes everywhere I go 🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️

Building those Legs @callmegabbi_ She wasn’t ready 😄

The reason you would lift your max weight is to create the maximum contraction of the muscles to stimulate growth. I would only recommend doing this under the supervision of a qualified trainer. Gab happens to have the best 😌

Qatar owes us nothing! Our layover turned into a mini trip when a typhoon in Hong Kong cancelled our flight. We are gonna make the best of any situation, but we couldn't have picked a better place to get stuck 🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️
