Oh Leo..

It always felt good knowing that I was able to provide for you as long as I did, but in the end of it all, you provided everything I would ever need in my life. A complete growth experience. You truly saw all of me.. and you were there with support all the way thru, just by being you. I had no fucking clue what I was doing with my life at 22 when you came into it nor did I know that 13 years later you would have touched the amount of hearts that you did. You instantly became everyone’s best friend. Romping around in the Santa Barbara mountains in the Jeep sticking half your body out side the car the whole fucking time. Constant playtime with Nala in Summerland. Doing over 25 mph on a skateboard day after day chasing the ocean breeze. Taking over RED facilities with Rucca. Venice canal walks with Oliver and co. Modeling every week for Felicia. Allllll the camping trips, that honestly, I ever only went to was to watch you have a great time and you did just that, everywhere you went. From Mojave to the Sequoias, Catalina to Kern and all the way to Oregon. You even found your way out to Brooklyn for a week. This fucking guy, who does that? You somehow also learned how to pick up your leash with your mouth and walk yourself to wherever we went lol gij es ha

Thanks to you, we all became better humans by spending even 5 seconds with you. You were the perfect amount of joy. Pure fucking magic. The brightest star in the sky.

My favorite part of you however is how you inspired others to get dogs. And not just others, my best friends. Now that you’re gone, I’m happy to be surrounded by a circle you helped build that will last for the rest of my lifetime. That’s a blessing I’ll cherish forever because you live on thru all of us and all the amazing dogs surrounding us and because of that, I never have to say goodbye to you.

World Ocean Day is everyday for me. But here was an especially good one with @dudleymarketvenice I’ve had an exceptional year already with cetaceans from orcas to dolphins and humpbacks I’ve been extremely lucky in my encounters. Will be leading trips down here in Costa Rica to dive with these gentle giants very soon! Let know of you want to dive with them in the comments below! Music by @callmeorian
