This month, we are proud to spotlight Ryan Jackson, Chief of Staff at River Health, a Collab Capital portfolio company, and an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining River Health, Ryan worked at Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing, where she focused on new business and product development and supported client relationships. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in Healthcare Investment Banking, gaining experience across complex transactions and the healthcare sector. During her time at Harvard Business School, she also gained venture capital experience through Collab Capital.

A summa cum laude graduate of Howard University, where she studied Finance and Spanish, Ryan brings a sharp analytical perspective and a multidisciplinary approach to her work across finance, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. Her career trajectory — from Howard to Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Harvard Business School, and now River Health — reflects both range and intentionality.

We are honored to have her as part of the BWI community.

Thank you @aasuhbs and @hbsblackinvestmentclub for inviting Jason and me to speak about the Power of Partnership. Such a wonderful experience and candid conversation! I applaud you for making partnership a priority and building it into your program. Just as you are intentional about your education and career, your love life should be no different. Let’s keep the conversation going. And it was extra special getting to see all of our people❤️❤️❤️

Thank you @evephoto for the beautiful photos🫶🏽
