A beautiful 3 day course which flowed into a journey of exploration. Thank you so much @paulapluckcoaching (www.smartfoundations.co.uk) for pouring your heart & soul into this wonderful course/retreat.🫶💜🌄 & still more to follow with online zoom sessions!
Also thank you to the beautiful circle of souls l shared the experience with including the wonderful @innersmileproject @gratitudeintheforest (also so sorry to the lady who forfeit her place to giving her time & love to lessen the pain of one of the many overworked/broken race horses she'd rescued, who was beyond life & she was helping them pass away with some dignity & true care. A sobering story of the cruel truth of using animals for entertainment/gambling. In the name of compassion l had to give this some space here for the work she does🙏 🐴💔

A day of true self-discovery where beautiful women embraced and were empowered on their transformational journey through the Menopause with grace and love.

Organised by New Forest Mystic Events wellness facilitators came together to create an enriching, nurturing, and secure environment. Covering topics such as Meditation, Wild Writing, Nutrition, Mindset, Yoga and a Sound Bath.

The event provided a beautiful experience for all participants.

The peri-menopause and beyond can be a difficult period of a woman’s journey. We have to contend with a rollercoaster of emotions as well as the physical effects of this stage in our lives. It can be a time to navigate a sense of loss when your children leave home but also re-finding your own identity. There is also the need to navigate new aches and pains, hot flushes, anxiety and food intolerances.

We have an empowering day retreat planned with a host of wellness practitioners focussing on the physical and emotional challenges of this time, as well as celebrating the strengths and wisdom age brings. It will be a lovely, nurting safe space for women to deep dive into their feelings and look after both their emotional and physical health. All attendees will also receive a swag bag of nurturing self love goodies!
