Some challenges mean so much more than what they seem.✨

My first solo competition at the @canadasalsaandbachatacongress was a roller coaster of emotions, growth, hard work, and so many beautiful moments. I started a solo during a time of major changes in my life, and somewhere along the way, it became so much more than just dance. It became a way to reconnect with myself, grow through change, and discover a strength within me I didn’t know I had. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me to trust myself in a whole new way.

And to walk away with two 2nd-place finishes and a 3rd place in my very first solo competition at a congress of this caliber? My heart is FULL. 🥹🏆

Beyond the results, I’m proud of the work, the courage and every single woman I had the privilege of sharing this experience with. So much love for my coach @mariievaaa (who’s guidance made it possible) , for my fellow competitors, and everyone who made this first experience so special. ❤️

This chapter means so much to me, but it’s only the beginning. More to learn, more to build, more to give.
The medals are a moment. The growth is forever. And we’re just getting started. 🔥

Hot girl summer, but make it Lady Styling 🫦✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A beautiful summer evening, a whole lot of good energy, and our advanced Student team bringing the sass, the confidence, and the FIERCE.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They learned this choreo in such a short amount of time, and we couldn’t be prouder of how they showed up, danced together, and made this moment their own.

This is the energy we love.
This is the energy we want to keep.
