Reestablishing the first point of contact

The foot/ankle play an important role in how we absorb, produce, and transfer force throughout the kinetic chain

On our low days, we spend time in both advantageous and disadvantageous foot and ankle positions.. building awareness/control and capacity in different positions.

Before we chase more complexity, we want to make sure we can control the foundation

It was nice having a couple professional basketball players stop by Recovery Hub to put some work into their bodies before their upcoming season.

When you’re playing at a high level, the work doesn’t stop when you leave the court. Staying mobile, recovering properly, and taking care of your body is what helps you come back ready for the next workout, practice, or game.

Whether you’re a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to move and feel better every day, recovery matters.

Move better. Recover faster. Feel stronger. 💪

Hard work isn’t always good work.

Not every day needs to be a grind. If every session leaves you smoked, you’re probably leaving progress on the table.

The goal isn’t to win today’s workout. It’s to keep getting better week after week, month after month.

Train hard when it matters. Recover when it matters. Be ready to compete when it MATTERS!!

Trust the research.

Moments fade. Impact doesn’t.

There’s more to life than chasing material goals. The people we meet, the lives we influence, and the relationships we build are what last. My clients impact me just as much as I hope I impact them. That’s the part I’ll always be grateful for. TheVillage ✝️5️⃣
