the end of a very magical era ✨💋 working for the mouse has taught me so much- like the fact that the bus will come around every 20 minutes, our pool is currently open from 10-10, i’ll just need one photo ID per room, and no ma’am we do not have the skyliner at this resort ⭐️⭐️⭐️ until next time sports fans !

Today’s Slay Basketball was so lit… We had two PRO guest speakers talk to the campers in between their workouts at the SLAY CENTER!

Big shoutout to @nyghtmare of the @colts and @c_burdick11 @ladyvol_hoops HALL OF FAMER and @wnba star for sharing PRICELESS information.

Today’s focus -

• Goal Setting
• How to Respond to Failure
• Being a good teammate
• How to handle losing and winning
• Controlling Emotions

Jab Series # 3

Don’t let your game decline because of Covid-19. We continue our jab step series to help you stay on top of your game.

* When using the shot fake make sure you keep your bottom down and ball goes up simulating your normal shot to get the defender to jump or become of balance.
* Jab step series will be a short jab step and then a long jab step. Next you would want to reset in your triple threat position.
* To finish you will hard jab step then attack the defender hard to the right to attack the basket.

This move the you will watch is best used when a defender is closing out on you.
