One week into our trip to Ecuador 🇪🇨 and what a week it has been!

We have not stopped! We’ve covered over 700 miles since we landed, and met some incredible people along the way. We are now at the farm with lots to do! We can’t wait to share some more content but for now, here’s a highlights reel! 🎥🎞️✌🏼

El café nos unió. El arte le dio color a nuestra historia.

Hace dos años, en @chawpi_laboratorio , conocimos a @joseluismacasparedes, uno de los primeros artistas que creyó en @alemacoffee cuando aún era solo un sueño.

Tiempo después caminó por nuestra finca en Loja y recogió tierra para crear sus propios pigmentos naturales. De esa experiencia nació una colección inspirada en nuestra tierra, nuestra gente y el paisaje que da vida a nuestro café.

El 19 de agosto | 18:00, esta colección se presentará por primera vez en Chawpi Laboratorio de Creación, Lérida E12-45 y Toledo, La Floresta, Quito. Después viajará a nuestra finca en Olmedo para compartirla con los caficultores y finalmente llegará a Alema Coffee, en el Reino Unido.

Gracias, José Luis, por creer en este sueño desde el principio. ❤️☕🎨

Coffee brought us together. Art gave colour to our story.

Two years ago, at Chawpi Laboratorio de Creación, we met José Luis Macas Paredes, one of the first artists to believe in Alema Coffee when it was still only a dream.

Later, he visited our family coffee farm in Loja and collected soil to create his own natural pigments. That experience became a collection inspired by our land, our people and the landscape behind every cup of coffee.

On 19 August | 6:00 pm, the collection will be unveiled for the first time at Chawpi Laboratorio de Creación, Lérida E12-45 & Toledo, La Floresta, Quito. It will then travel to our farm in Olmedo before continuing its journey to Alema Coffee in the UK.

Our cold brew is made by steeping coarse grounds in cold water. Using a 1:8 coffee-to-water ratio in the fridge for 24 hours. A simple process producing maximum flavour! 👌🏻

Day 1 - Madrid Coffee Festival ✅🇪🇸

We met some great people, drank some fantastic coffees and held cupping sessions in collaboration with @ovni.coffee 🙏
