In one shop, a senior tech can walk over and help. Across 13 locations, that’s not always possible.

Adam Stranik, President & Owner of Stranik Automotive Group, runs 13 @Midas locations across the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, and is a Past President of the International Midas Dealers Association. In a single shop, mentorship happens side by side every day. But you can’t be in every bay at once, and neither can your best techs.

@Camden Weis, Founding Partner & CRO at Skillmaker, spent two days with Adam and his team, at HQ, in the shops, and at a Savannah Bananas game, looking at how NAPA XcceleratoR puts hands free, step by step guidance right in the bay.

It’s rolling out at Stranik’s training center first, then moving out to techs on the floor. One of the first Midas franchise groups in the country to put it to work.

To see how NAPA XcceleratoR keeps guidance moving across every bay, tap the website link in our bio or call 800-292-6428 to learn more 🔗

Skillmaker's Camden Weis brought the NAPA XcceleratoR to AAA Washington, giving the team a first-hand look at what's next. 🙌

The conversation quickly moved into real-world use, technician readiness, safety and where the platform could go next.

Swipe through to see the three parts of NAPA XcceleratoR in action: Assess. Accelerate. Assist.

Big thanks to the AAA Washington Automotive Solutions team for having us and leaning into what’s next.

Your 2025 Painted Quarters Wrapped has arrived!

What a year it’s been. From all the markets, to our online store, subscription boxes launching, and our new in person marketplace/store front, it was sure a memorable one indeed.

Your support made it all happen, and made it fun a long the way!

Thank you for spreading the word as you all have and for trusting us as your go to ranchers. You are an irreplaceable part in what we’re building.

Let’s regenerate even more land and more people in 2026.

We wish you a happy mooooooo year. 🐮 🤠
