“Stress and Cigarettes” is OUT NOW 🚬💙 And it arrived on my birthday!

After singing it across Australia and New Zealand, it’s finally yours.

For anyone who has chosen peace, walked away from what hurt, and left the stress behind—this one is for you.

Stream it, and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

Some of the people I met in Costa Rica. Typing this out will never do it justice, so a video is coming to tell it properly.

Before I got here I was talking to my therapist about leaving a life I built so beautifully to travel for the next 1 to 2 years. Honestly it felt terrible at first, and there was a fear around losing community. But I found a reframe around expanding my sense of community, and that’s exactly what ended up happening.

Everyone here is multifaceted, warm and creative. It felt like a bunch of buckets where we all just poured water and filled each other’s cups.

@nimbusssssss, the photographer and videographer of the trip, who motivated me to record when I didn’t feel like it

@roxeneanderson, from the UK with calm energy and good people

@stay_relevant, my brother with some cool international wisdom and universal art

@cameronforbes, who makes amazing cheesecakes out of random fruits and leads meditations

Stars, who sings everywhere she goes, and she can really sing

@ezra_marley, great energy and captures views through a lens so well

Funny enough, we all ended up leaving around the same time too. And to the ones I don’t have pictures with, it’s still love.
