Let’s talk about the Mat Basic 10! Joseph Pilates created this sequence as a starting point for his full 34-move classical method. It focuses on control, breath, and precision, not speed or lots of repetitions. Quality matters most.

Every March, the global Pilates community celebrates #MarchMATness. Instructors share one of Joe’s original mat exercises each day. As we finish out the month, it’s a great reminder of why these basic moves always hit different every time! 💪🏽🤍 #ThePilatesBarreStudio #Edwardsville #SIUE #edwardsvillefitness

Hi, I’m Cameryn, and I work the front desk here at the studio 🤍
If you’ve only ever done barre and you’re eyeing reformer or tower but feel intimidated… I promise you’re not the only one. I get it. That’s why you grab your mom or a friend and book a duet!🫶🏼
Jessie walks you through everything, explains what’s going on, and gives corrections in a way that makes you feel supported, not overwhelmed.
And right now her apprenticeship rate is only $35 per person for a duet before she’s fully certified, which is such a good time to try it!
Before you know it, your privates or duets become the thing you look forward to every week.

Book your class. You won’t regret it. ✨

Sunflower Dental had a great time at the American Academy of Clear Aligners Reingage Team Retreat last week!
*
Our amazing team learned a lot and cheered on Dr. Dani as she achieved her Fellowship for the AACA and won the Golden Aligner competition- lots of gratitude and goosebumps for sure ☺️!
*
The rest of the team held the fort down and we missed them while we were in Vegas- thank you, team!
