I love this Blue Door team.

The amount of talent, passion, and heart packed into such a small space is something special. It’s hard to even put into words what this last year and a half has meant. There have been challenges, setbacks, moments of confusion—but through all of it, I’ve watched this team stick together, push through, and come out stronger every time.

What we have here is different. It’s not about accolades, competitions, or where anyone has been. It’s about the passion for hospitality, the love for storytelling, and the commitment to creating an experience every single time someone walks through our doors. No matter what’s going on, we show up for people. We make their day better.

The level of creativity, care, and respect this team has—for each other and for the industry—is something that inspires me daily. The way we support one another, and the way we show love to others in this city, means everything to me.

I’m proud of this team. Truly. And I know we’re building something special. 💙

Starting today, we’re introducing our 𝘓𝘰𝘸 & 𝘕𝘰 𝘊𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘔𝘦𝘯𝘶, a one-week feature centered on intentional drinking and thoughtful cocktail construction. The menu includes five cocktails built with non-alcoholic and low-ABV spirits, designed to prioritize balance, texture, and complexity without relying on high-proof alcohol.

Starting tomorrow, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟳, we’ll be featuring a 𝗟𝗼𝘄 & 𝗡𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂 through next week.
 This menu includes 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗔𝗕𝗩 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘀, approached with the same structure, technique, and balance as our standard cocktail program.

Rather than removing alcohol from existing drinks, each cocktail was developed specifically to highlight the unique properties of NA and low-proof spirits—while maintaining the same depth and intention. These ingredients allow for a different way of drinking that emphasizes flavor, pacing, and clarity over alcohol content.

This menu is designed for guests participating in Dry January, as well as anyone interested in understanding the expanding category of non-alcoholic spirits and how they function!
