Jumping early can throw off the timing of shot blockers, jumping long can allow different angles off the back board after disrupting the shot blockers times contest. All the athletic benefits here is a plus! #nextplay

Haverford ‘31 ❤️🐿️

I am super excited and grateful to continue playing basketball at Haverford College!! Thank you to my parents, Nathan, and Ivy for always supporting me, driving me to all my games and practices, and for all the 1v1 games we played in the driveway!!
