Last weekend my artwork was exhibited at the Old Waiting Room of Packham Rye station within the group exhibition β€œEverything Then is Now II – Platform O” curated by @spira9art in partnership with @cammuseum and @othering.london as part of @l_d_f_official. β€œSilence in Round” is about our experience of dialogue with other beings. Does silence mean an end or just a pause? It invites observation of material transformation, where mycelium acts as co-creator. Site-specific installation of the artwork in the liminal space of the old waiting room reinforces this tension – action is suspended, but ready to be continued. Participating in London Design Festival 2026 has been a truly special experience. The Old Waiting Room at Peckham Rye Station, part of the historic station designed by Victorian architect Charles Henry Driver and built in 1865. Once a grand railway waiting room, and later a billiard hall, this Grade II listed space has lived through more than 160 years of London’s history. Today, seeing it come alive again through art and creativity made exhibiting my work here. The Old Waiting Room, Peckham Rye Station, London. Thanks to @spira9art @cammuseum for choosing my work for this event. #LondonDesignFestival #LDF2026 #PeckhamRye #OldWaitingRoom #artexhibicion

I’m very pleased to share that my video work A-B-USED will be presented as part of Everything Then is Now II – PLATFORM 0, curated by SPIRA9 ART, during London Design Festival 2026. πŸ“ The Old Waiting Room, Peckham Rye Station, London πŸ“… 12–14 September 2026 Through gesture, repetition and physical presence, A-B-USED explores the traces that trauma can leave on the body and the ways memory continues to inhabit it. Presented within a Grade II listed Victorian railway setting, the work enters into a dialogue with a space marked by its own layers of history, movement and memory. I’m grateful to be part of this exhibition alongside an international group of artists. @spira9art @cammuseum @l_d_f_official @OtheringLondon #contemporaryart #videoart #londondesignfestival #artist #finaferrara

This year, presented together with CAM – Casoria Contemporary Art Museum @cammuseum, as part of London Design Festival 2026 @l_d_f_official and Othering London 2026 @othering.london, We’re bringing Everything Then is Now back to the origin point: β€œ0”. This chapter is a requiem for the Old Waiting Room, and at the same time, a return. This is 𝑷𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑭𝑢𝑹𝑴 0. A requiem not for endings, but for what refuses to end and what is yet to become. A site where overlooked space is reactivated through artistic intervention, becoming a temporary platform for exchange, encounter, and collective memory. β€œ0” is not emptiness, but origin and opening. A threshold where arrival and departure blur, and memory is constantly rewritten through encounter. The station becomes not infrastructure, but passage, interruption, return. We invite artists, designers, performers, and interdisciplinary practitioners to enter this shifting platform. To work with what remains, what echoes, what has not yet settled. We are looking for works that hold memory without fixing it.
Works that treat time as material.
Practices between presence and absence, structure and erosion.
Works that understand return not as recovery, but as transformation. Exhibition dates: 12–14 September 2026
Location: Old Waiting Room, Peckham Rye Station, London
Open Call 1st Deadline: 18 July 2026, 23:59 BST
