🥹 Missing camp already 🥹

This was the best summer of my life, I made some amazing life long friends, learnt some cheer skills, gym skills and life skills. ✨️

I am so grateful for all the coaches, CIT's, and general counselors. I am so thankful for the most amazing summer EVER!! 💗🤗

Had such an amazing week at @camp.enchanted.uk thank you to all of my amazing coaches for making this week as special as it was and giving me the best opportunity to learn new things, i made so many new friends and everyone there was so kind and lovely. The countdown for next year is already on and i can’t wait for many more amazing summers to come ✨💘💚

Back from my first time at @camp.enchanted.uk ! I really enjoyed it and thank you for looking after me for the last week. I’ve made loads of new friends, had a blast and can’t wait to come back next year! The coaches were amazing & my camp big sisters were all really fun! It’s been epic💖🎉

Skyla has returned from her second year at Camp Enchanted and, once again, she's come home full of stories, new memories and already talking about going back next year. 😂

We spend a LOT of money throughout the year on cheer — private skill sessions, workshops, training and everything else that seems to come with being a cheer mum 🙈 — but I genuinely think Camp Enchanted is one of the best things we pay for.

And surprisingly, it's not really because of the cheer.

For 5 nights, she's away from us. She shares a dorm, has to organise herself, navigate friendships, meet new people, cope when things don't quite go to plan and be responsible for herself without Mum there to step in.

And one of my favourite parts… no phones! 🙌🏼😂

Of course they train, learn new skills and get to work with some incredible coaches, but she comes home with something much bigger than that.

✨ Independence
✨ Confidence
✨ Resilience
✨ New friendships
✨ Life skills that I simply can't recreate for her at home

This was year 2 for Skyla and we've watched her grow from both experiences. For me, that's what makes it worth the money.

So if you're a cheer parent looking at Camp Enchanted and wondering whether you could actually send your child away for 5 nights… I completely understand. It feels HUGE the first time.

But from our experience?

I'd recommend it wholeheartedly. ❤️

This isn't an ad or gifted — we've paid for both years ourselves. I just think when you find something genuinely brilliant, it's worth sharing.

If you're considering it for your athlete and there's anything you'd like to know from a parent's perspective, ask away below. 🥰

Now apparently I need to start preparing myself for YEAR 3… 😂✨

4 years of camp and now my time as a camper has come to an end. I’m so grateful for all the memories, laughs and people that have made these years so special🥹

Camp has given me so many memories over the years that I know I’ll look back on for a very long time. The laughs, late nights, chaos, bedazzling, hugs, shoving food in our mouths and all the random little moments have made these four years so special✨

A massive thank you to everyone who has been part of my camp journey and helped make each year so memorable. I’m so grateful for every person I’ve met, every friendship I’ve made and every memory I’m taking away with me💗

And a special thank you to Kayley for everything you have done for me over the years. Thank you for making camp such a special place, for all the opportunities, memories and laughs, and for always making me feel so welcome. I genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done and couldn’t have asked for a better four years as a camper,big sister and ambassador💖

It’s definitely bittersweet knowing this was my last year as a camper, but I’m so grateful I got to experience it for four years. Thank you to everyone who made it so special 💕🫶🏼

Two weeks of camp this year instead of one, and somehow it still didn’t feel like enough 🥹🤍

I’m so incredibly grateful for every single person who made these two weeks so special. You’ve all become so much more than just people I see at camp each year! You’re my family, you’re my people, and I feel so lucky and blessed to have found a place where I truly feel like I belong.

I’ve loved being a Big Sister again this year and being part of such an amazing environment where everyone lifts each other up, supports one another and makes each other feel valued. I’m so grateful for the people who never make me feel small and always remind me that I’m enough exactly as I am 🤍

Camp will always have such a special place in my heart. Thank you for the laughs, memories, late nights, bedazzling, hugs, shuving food in our mouths, chaos and everything in between. I already can’t wait to see you all again next year and hopefully see some of you even sooner 🫶🏼

So grateful. So blessed. So lucky to have found my people. Until next year, camp family 🤍💕
